This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for our flagship program, the Certified Finance and Strategy Professional (CFSP™).
1. Scope of this Policy
This Refund Policy applies exclusively to the Certified Finance and Strategy Professional (CFSP™) Program. It does not apply to any free courses or promotional materials offered by ExecuFinity.
2. Our Refund Philosophy
We believe in the quality of the CFSP™ program and are confident in the value it provides. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you, the participant, and to us, the provider, while protecting the intellectual property and digital nature of our product.
Due to the immediate access to digital content, course materials, and intellectual property upon enrollment, our refund policy is necessarily strict. We encourage you to review all program information, explore our free courses, and contact our admissions team with any questions before enrolling in the CFSP™ program.
3. CFSP™ Program Refund Policy
3.1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for the CFSP™ Program, subject to the following conditions:
- You must request a refund in writing to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.
- You must have completed no more than 10% of the total program content. This is tracked automatically by our Learning Management System (LMS).
- If you have downloaded any course materials (PDFs, templates, models, etc.), you are not eligible for a refund.
If you meet these conditions, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus any non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment processor (typically 2- 4%).
3.2. After 7 Days
No refunds will be issued for the CFSP™ Program after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
After this period, you have full access to the program and all its materials, and we have committed our resources to your learning journey. We do not offer pro-rated refunds or credits for a partially completed program.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day window, you must:

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Upon refund, your access to the CFSP™ program will be immediately revoked.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after the 7-day money-back guarantee period.
- You did not have time to complete the program.
- You did not achieve a specific personal or professional outcome.
- You experienced technical issues with your own computer or internet connection.
- You have violated our Terms & Conditions, including the intellectual property and non-sharing clauses.
6. Program Deferral (Alternative to Refund)
If you are outside the 7-day refund window but are unable to start the CFSP™ program due to an unforeseen emergency, you may request a one-time deferral to a future cohort.

- Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
- A small administrative fee may apply.
